As a fun trivia, the background painting is called "Passage to Home" and is painted by Schim Schimmel. I use to have a small print of it in my childhood. Kinda neat to see it pop on here.

Done this for the coloring contest on the official discord! I wasn't sure if I was going to participate, as I would thinking about some sort of master study of the original painting.. only to realize I didn't feel like doing that and decided to try something I always wanted to try, vaporwave style ...

This was a piece I have been wanting to paint for a long time (Since I was a kid), and finally got around to it some time ago. I am still happy with it, tho I wouldnt mind trying another version of the piece. I do so love the future levels.

I had thought I responded to this, but I guess the reply poofed somewhere. Either way, i think this is neat. Love the shape and the fact it has a built in DC.

I was definitely one of those kids that had loads of time to kill and did figure this out with these levels. It was such a cool feeling when the aha moment happened and you got to see the Hunter Song message.

I have been doing Ecco fan art since the late 90s and while a lot of that from that time no longer exists, I still have been drawing/painting Ecco art this entire time. I will use this thread to share what I have! Some older works are kinda missing, or just on old hard drives that I need to dig out ...

The OG Ecco was my first, and I had to rent it from a nice mom and pop video rental store. It took many rentals before I was able to finish the game, and I did the same thing later on with ToT, finally being able to buy used copies later on in the 90s. Both games gave me so much gameplay.

My black Leviathan character, aka Levi! She is still about! Fun fact, she is not clan and she was created before I knew of clan! She is a creation I did back before I had internet but she felt appropriate to use for the forums back in the day. :D
